Description
These UPVC double glazing door handles by Schlosser will suit Ferco multipoint locks with 70mm centres.
Also available in White and Gold
Measurements
- Distance between screws: 180mm (see extra details below)
- Handle to barrel centre: 70mm
- Handle total length: 205mm
- These handles are non-handed so will work on left or right handed doors
- These handles use 7mm door spindles
Contents: 1 x internal handle, 1 x external handle, 2 x Spring Cartridge, 1 x spindle and fixing screws
NOTE: these handles have an extra security lug behind the screw holes. You may need to make the hole in your door a little larger to accomodate these lugs.
** Care should be taken not to confuse these door handles with the Fullex system which has a centre of 68mm. If you're not sure then give us a call **

Simple steps to help you choose the Correct Door Handle for your Door
First you need to measure between the centre of the handle (the bit that you pull down) and the centre of the keyhole. If you look at the picture to the left this measurement is referred to as A This size is set so make sure you measure carefully. This size is known as the handle CENTRES or PZ. You will find this size as part of the description of all the door handles on our site.
The next size you need to take is the screw centres (referred to as B). To do this you measure from the centre of the top screw to the centre of the bottom screw (some handles have screws under the handle or over the handle.) Once you have these sizes (write them down) you can browse our site for handles that you need.

Top quality ironmongery would recommend
I have personally been a carpenter and joiner all my working life and have just retired .I have witnessed a real decline in the quality in the quality of ironmongery available, but I would have no problems recommending your company for quality,if other products are of the same rating ,you should be very proud of yourselves keep up the brilliant service. The original lock mechanism are FUHR brand and are well aware of its age late 1970s but in good working order tip top with new sprung handles which have replaced unsprung originals. However I've had to slightly file out the bottom shoulders and the bottom arc to fit the euro cylinder only 2 mm to allow handles to fit correctly. Not a problem but maybe the age and small difference in manufacturing. Also needed to make holes to fit snubs to top and bottom of handles a small amount larger than probably needed to allow small adjustments in height . But top class nice to find a good company give my regards to all concerned

Door Handle
I am extremely pleased with this door handle. As my door was so old I thought it might mean a new door when my old handle broke. The new handle needed a few adjustments, but then fitted perfectly.
