Exactly what I wanted..
At first I thought this website was too good to be true - “send a picture of your window lock and we’ll identify the type of key that fits it and sell you as many as you need” - well, it’s all true and I got my keys within a couple of days of asking. Would recommend big time!

Great service!
We moved into our new home and discovered that there was no key for the kitchen window. After an internet search we found handles and hinges. I took a photo of the lock, received a response the same day and the key arrived two days later and worked! A fantastic service and very efficient. Thank you handles and hinges!

Replacement key
Very good service. Took a picture of missing window key. Within a few days, was given option which key fitted. Order arrived within a few days. Have used before. Would recommend and use again.

We moved into our first home recently and discussed all windows were unlocked and there were no key (seller apparently never had any!). Was so relieved to discover this site. Within a day of sending photos of the handle, we were given the name of the key and I ordered 4 as they were very low cost. So pleased when they arrived and fit perfectly!

I sent an email with a picture to double-check which window key I needed. A response came back very quickly, and identified the correct key.
