SOLD BY THE METRE
The universal gasket is great for doors where the gasket seal has split or worn and a replacement cannot be found. This gasket fits 95% of UPVC doors and windows and can be used to stop draughts and water ingress.

Packing Advice: Due to its foam inners (rather than harder rubber) this gasket is very tricky to pack for postage and despite all our best efforts can become kinked in transit. We have found that once you unwrap and allow the foam inner to expand that the kinks lessen.
Available in both black and white to suit UPVC front and back doors.
Also good on interlockers on UPVC French doors.

It is possible that a different gasket may work in your groove. Therefore, we have the sample pack, so you can try them and see what fits.
Generally by pushing bit by bit with your thumbs. With some of the chunkier gaskets such as wedge gaskets it can be done a bit easier with a gasket roller.

Universal gasket
Arrived in good time. Gasket a bit kinked when I undid the package, but I laid the gasket out flat in a warm room and was then fine. Fitted to both outer and inner front door seals after cleaning out the grooves and cutting out the welded uPVC from the corner joints (which should have been done by the door manufacturer) I used a blunt scraper to gently push the gasket into the groove and whilst a bit fiddly, job was done in just over an hour. Door is now wind proof again! and hall is warmer. Good product, and much much cheaper than getting a replacement door! Will be using handles & hinges again.

Saved me a fortune
I Was quoted over £500 for a new door because the one fitted was "passed its sell by date", Errr no Mr fitter the door just needed some new gasket in it and Voila. Thanks Handles & Hinges you saved me a fortune.You should rename it magic gasket!

Black universal gasket seal for double glazed window
The gasket arrived next day after ordering. It has done the job, but I thought the seal itself was a bit battered about. Of course I do not know what it should look like but was a bit apprehensive that it would really seal but it did. Reply from Handles and Hinges: Thanks for your feedback. Its always tricky finding the best way to package the universal gasket as it does crease quite easily but we have to try and keep postage costs down. Glad that you gave it a go though and it has done the job for you.

Excellent value and very easy to fit
After enduring many months of drafts I decided to find a cure, drew a blank in my local DIY shops so turned to the internet and came across handlesnadhindges.co.uk. Excellent service, helpful staff and product was received within two days! I was sceptical at first (due to low cost of the item) but once fitted to the door frame it has provided an effective seal.
