We Are Open As Usual

We’re almost back to normal!

After moving everything around to keep our staff and customers safe we were happy to welcome our staff back in and re-open our trade counter.

Trade Counter: we can only serve 1 customer at a time so please be patient if you have to wait a touch longer than usual, queuing is the new normal.

We are still offering a Click and Collect option, orders can be placed via our website and we will text you when its ready to collect, don’t come before you receive the text or you’ll end up grumpy when your order isn’t ready.

We are continuing to pick, pack and prepare your parcels for delivery.

Some of our suppliers are either still not open or are struggling to catch up which means that some products are still out of stock. We’ll do our best to update you if an item is not available.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Sadly, due to the enormous pressure Royal Mail and Courier Companies are under right now, we can't guarantee how long your order will take to arrive once it leaves us. Customer feedback indicates that Mail deliveries are taking 2-3 weeks, Hermes are up to 5 days and Courier is 1-2 days. Mail deliveries are not trackable so if you need to track your parcel please use the Hermes or Courier options.

During the Covid-19 disruptions we CANNOT GUARANTEE Next Day Delivery with Couriers. They are doing their best but cannot promise their usual speedy schedules.

Both our couriers and Royal Mail will continue to deliver your parcels to you. The drivers on duty have no reported cases of the virus but if you do not wish to sign the handheld device you do not have to, the driver will still make the delivery and it will be marked as a "refused to sign incident". If the driver delivers to a location where it is known the someone has the virus, they will deliver the parcel to a safe place. If a safe place option is not permitted the parcel will be returned to the depot. You can request that your parcel be left in a safe place by giving us instruction on where to leave it in the comments box at checkout.

We recommend that during this time you use our website to place your orders where possible, it will really help us better manage and process your orders.
