Challenger Rebated double glazing butt hinge from Laird
Most of the previous sizes are no longer made and this is the only size available.
If this size will not fit your door it may be easier to convert to Flag Hinges.
- Hinge length 100mm
- Hinge width 16mm
- 22mm cover (see diagram
- 13mm depth (see diagram)
- 3D adjustment for lateral, height and compression may be carried out whilst the door is closed
- Fitted with security grub screw to prevent removal of pin

replacement hinges
I bought this to replace everest hinges for our door that would not close proper.We contacted Everest Double Glazing as we had a life time warrenty,only to be told Everest Double Glazing went out of business and that the Everest Double Glazing company i was speaking to wanted £100 just to come out to look at the door hinge.I could not find any hinges to suit so i went to Exeter upvc windows who found me these hinges and emailed me the link.They were very helpful.I order the Hinges and they came really quickly and fit a treat. Replacement UPVC door hinges
To be honest, this is the second company I went to. The first company when I got to the check out, wanted to charge me double the price of the hinges for postage. So I went back to Google and continued with reviews. This is how I ended up here and buying the hinges. To be honest, I should have come here in the first place. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I was looking for straight away. The hinges are well made and a perfect fit for my doors.
