Description
Wedges / Frame Strikers for Cockspur Window Handles on double glazing
These are shaped pieces of plastic on the window frame that your Cockspur handle closes over.
There are 2 little studs on the back which slot into holes on your frame.
Wedges are held in place with superglue which can be purchased separately if required.
These are usually found on older types of double glazing, upvc or aluminium windows and often in caravans or mobile homes.
**Sold in packs of 10**
Available in White or Black.
White wedges are available in 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm or 8mm
Black wedges are available in 3mm, 4mm only
Where to measure: cockspur wedges are thinner at the ends and thicker in the middle. The size relates to the thickest part of the wedge.

Wonderful Window Wedges

6mm black wedges shame 6 of them were different to the other 20 sent but on a whole looks better than the white wedges if installing chrome handles. Reply from Handles and Hinges: Thanks for your feedback. As we buy from various manufacturers occasional discrepancies can occur; all it needs is a quick phone call to our office and any errors like this can be rectified.
