Brilliant service
This is the second time I have used Handles & Hinges and the customer service is brilliant. My parents have just bought a new house and all window locks were missing. I took photos of the handles and emailed them to H&H who identified every key required. Miles was extremely helpful and answered my many queries in quick time. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic system and super fast delivery
I've not long moved into a new house and was left in a bit of a pickle as I've got lots of different window handles and no keys for some of them! I sent a photograph, just taken on my phone, of one of the handles in question to these guys and within half an hour they had responded and told me what I needed! Arrived within 3 days. It fits and works like a dream! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Fantastic Service
I was really concerned to find all the windows were locked on my newly purchased house and not one key was to be found. I contacted Handles and Hinges, who suggested using their free 'identify my key' service. I emailed a photo and received the key within days. It fitted - problem solved!
