These days it is very very rare that you will get a service that I got from this company. I was even emailed over the weekend, Saturday and Sunday. I was told by someone else I needed new door handles a new locking system etc. I did not need none of those. I was not sold our pressured into buying anything. I just had great advice which has now solved the problem free of charge! I was even talked through the procedure over the phone of how to solve the problem. I cannot thank Janet and Dylan for their help, advice and support. Really nice, honest genuine people. What a fantastic site!! I lost my window key over summer and was going to buy completely new handles until my dad told me about this site. I sent a photo via email of the handle and received a link within one hour informing me of the key I needed. I ordered the key which arrived within 3 days and it fits!!! I have told all my friends in case they need keys or even spare keys.

This company is absolutely AMAZING! No sooner had I sent them a photo of my window handles than they had identified the keys required and a couple of days later, they were delivered. Excellent service, I cannot praise them highly enough. And to think that as a Landlady, I have spent years trying to track down keys in the past - never again, now I know where to look straightaway.

Thanks for providing such an excellent service! For months I'd been putting off finding a replacement window handle for a uPVC casement window because I'd thought it'd be hard to track down. How wrong! Visited your website yesterday afternoon, easily found what I needed, chose the 1st Class postage, and it was delivered at 11 this morning. I'd fitted the new handle 15 minutes later!
