Pins: It comes with 11 pins rather than the usual 5 or 6 and a hidden firing pin which is activated if an attack is detected that puts the cylinder into Lockdown Mode.

Drill safe: Anti-drill to the highest standard - both ends of every Ultion lock feature 20 hardened steel pins and plates each one positioned precisely to protect your lock from a drill attack.

Keys: Your keys are linked only to you. Nobody can cut keys without your permission.

How do I register my lock and keys?
This needs to be done via the Ultion website. They will register your emil address and a couple of security questions so that if you ever need replacement keys you can be sure that only you can get hold of them.

How safe is the customer registration data?
Customers do not register their address or postcode. Even though the data is held securely, should it ever be compromised the data provides no address details.

What if I change my email address?
When you activate the key control you can register a memorable question which will be used to verify  that the key can be cut.

Who can cut Ultion keys from code?
Only Licensed Ultion Key Centres have access to the new mobile friendly decode website.

How many key codes are there? 
With the new coding system every keycode is unique.

Can Ultion keys still be physically copied/traced?
Direct copies can be made over the counter if the locksmith has the correct machinery and genuine blanks.
