    In-line espag

I have bought this product before and it’s an ideal replacement mechanism even if the original was a different type. Can be tricky to fit if it is in an upper floor window, proper access requires the window removing., refixing the window and hinges really requires 2 people. Great well made product, I always oil every year to prevent corrosion as it is on a sea front property

Fitting the mechanism was easy ( 4 screws) although the keeps had to be moved, simple if the screws have not completely rusted - it is good practice to fit the hinges, mechanism and keeps with stainless steel screws preventing future problems. ( this is a sea front property so rusting is inevitable).
