Lost key, sought advise, it works
Having lost the keys, I reached out and sent a photo, Received a reply asking fora photo specifically of the lock/handle. Was sent a link to the specific key. Ordered. Prompt delivery. It works!! Fabulous interaction with this company. Would definitely recommend! (Hope not to use again, but definitely would, no hesitation).

Great service!
Great service start to finish. I had no keys for my window locks so had no idea what I needed. I emailed a photo of one of the handles and the next day I was sent a link for the exact key I needed. I ordered one for each window - they arrived a few days later and they all fit perfectly!
