Description
MACO offset mushroom bolt espagnolettes for outward opening double glazing windows incorporate all the benefits of safety and security expected of modern window technology in today´s environment.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to postage contraints the 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm can only be sent via courier and not through the normal mail.
Available with 20mm or 25mm backset (Click here if you are unsure how to measure the backset)
The width of the faceplate is 16mm
These are described by industry standard lengths, but the actual length may differ slightly. see diagram below for specific measurements.

Espag Lock Backset Measuring Guide
SIMPLE STEPS TO HELP YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT FOR YOUR WINDOW LOCK
To Measure the backset on your window lock you need to measure from the middle of the spindle hole to the front of the face plate. Take a look at the picture below and the red arrows show you where to measure.
The holes that the Bolts go through are a set distance and are the same on ALL window locks (43mm).

Replacing existing broken lock
Item arrived in perfect condition. To replace the existing locking mechanism it required repositioning of some screws on the window as well as the catches on the frame that it locks into, but no problem with self-tapping screws. All good. Thanks!

MACO Espag lock
First time dealing with this company and it was a pleasant experience. My original lock was identified by them and supplied quickly. It was an exact replacement even though the window was quite old and I was worried I would not be able to find the correct part.

Good replacement
The threads for the handle bolts had stripped on my existing windows, meaning that the handle did not stay attached & the window was inoperable. This was a easy, quick and simple direct replacement, now my window handle works like new again!

The unit does not match the previous so I had move the keeps, other than that OK.
