Generally by pushing bit by bit with your thumbs. With some of the chunkier gaskets such as wedge gaskets it can be done a bit easier with a gasket roller.

After buying the sample pack, it was easy to choose a replacement seal for my PVC door. When it arrived it only took 5 (perhaps 10) minutes to replace to whole door seal. PERFECT
