Roto GR1000 Window Lock Kit

Overall very happy but in the event that I had to replace all the screws i would actually need 12 whereas there are only 10 suppled

The lock fit my window perfectly, no drilling needed, didn't even need to move the keeps. Very happy.

Window lock mechanism and screws all worked well. he keepers in the pack did not match the window profile, fortunately the 'mushrooms' did fit into the old keepers, and after these were relocated normal service was resumed.

The locking side easy to fit. The keep were more complicated and i had to purchase some spacers and even then had to restrict them from turning. Problem is non standardisation of profile shapes with different frame suppliers.

Thanks handlesandhinges. Got me out of trouble when my lock mechanism gave up. Though it had lasted 25 years. Had recently replaced the blown glass so didn’t relish the thought of replacing the whole window. The part arrived asap. I ordered at the weekend so realised it wasn’t going anywhere till Monday. It arrived Tuesday so well pleased. The fitting was quite straightforward. All parts needed was included. Will definitely use your services again. Thanks

Exact fit for 28 year old windows. Delivered in 23 hours.

This replacement for the no longer produced ROTO GR1000 works perfectly and was easy to fit. I did need to make a minor modification to the frame (with a sharp knife) and the middle 'Keep' is in a different place. The whole process took about half an hour and saved me the cost of a new window! The modifications are invisible so everything looks and works just like new. Local fitters said "it can't be done" - they were wrong!
