Replacement keys
Moved into a house where no keys were left for the windows. Sent a photo in and within the day the correct key type had been identified. Ordered and received within a couple of days, and all windows now open! Great service.

Excellent customer service
We've recently moved into a new home where 3 windows that are different to the other windows in the house were locked and had no keys I sent a picture of the handle and had a reply within minutes the key arrived a few days later I can now open all the windows in new home thank you :)

I had managed to lose all my conservatory window keys and couldn't find replacement anywhere. I found this site through Google. It was as simple as site suggests. I sent photo if window lock and they directed me to correct key,which I ordered and same arrived in a couple of days. Fits locks perfectly. Very happy

A small, expensive key, but it is the advice I'm paying for
It is a small, moulded (not cut) key, but it works in a window lock that I had almost given up hope of finding the key for (having been missing from when we purchased the house years ago). I sent in a photo of the latch and the next day I was told what I needed to order. So, while the price seems pretty steep for the product, the advice was what really solved my problem and that was worth it.
