I somehow managed to lock a window in my rented flat despite not having the key. My windows had been locked and I couldn’t find the key so happened to find this website which suggested taking a photo of the handle and using a mirror to see if there was any info on the back of the handle, which I sent along with photo. They got back to me with the correct key.
