Replacement keys
I have been trying to get replacement keys for Anglian double glazed windows since December 2024 with no luck, their customer service is appalling. Went onto Hinges and Locks, sent one photo of a window handle, they recommended these keys. Ordered them, received two days later and they work a treat. Such a relief after having such an awful previous experience with such a well known company - well done!!

Keys to fit an window handle
hen we took over our current property last Nov, the previous owner left us in the position that we only had a window key that fitted two windows. Last week, I found Handles and Hinges. Listing their services, they mentioned that they can get me replacement keys by sending them a photo of the window handle. I sent them photos for five windows and, believe it or not, they instantly sent me an email with suggested keys for all the windows. One key was specific to two of the windows and worked like magic. They sent me three possible keys for the other windows and, again, one of them worked like magic. I have returned the two keys that did not work and they are going to send me two additional keys of the one that worked. Imagine that - being able to identify a window key from looking at the handle; incredible. And such speedy service. Top marks from me.
