- A maximum of 100mm opening for ventilation and provides an element of child safety
- Arm can easily be released by an adult for full window opening
- Automatic engagement of arm after window is fully opened
Works on both top hung and side hung upvc windows.

Excellent product, excellent service!
This is a wonderful product and is exactly what I needed to allow fresh air in and also to ensure my house cats didn't get out. The young lady who dealt with my initial 'phone enquiry was extremely friendly and pleasant and when I explained what I wanted/needed, she knew exactly what I meant - unlike other suppliers who gave the impression that I wouldn't be spending enough money to warrant trying to assist me!
