VERSA Inline/Offset Espag 21/Crop 6/M 13FP

I got these replacement parts for espag multipoint window locks after a call to the company for advice. They asked me to send photos of the broken ones and take some measurements. They then got back to me in a few hours with a recommendation and I got two locks delivered in a couple of days. Perfect replacement and with only some minor diy skills needed to remove and replace the parts, this has saved me a fortune not calling out a specialist. The backset was a couple of mm smaller but a quick drill to shave an edge of the existing hole was very easy and locks and handle are solid and working well. I’m annoyed I didn’t buy a few more as spares as no doubt another lock will break(the windows are 20yrs old) as the original lock alloy is soft. If I don’t use I can quickly help out a neighbour who has had similar issues and struggled to fix even with locksmith help. Great service, price and product.

Had very old window locking mechanism no one local could help, found you on Internet sent enquiry and photo, quick reply telling me what I needed and what measurements they required, quick delivery and now fully fitted and working. Definitely use company again.

Used to repair Everest window as Everest unable to help. Not quite the same, but worked well following good advice from Handles & Hinges.

Worked fine but we had to move a couple of mushroom keeps and we also had to shorten two of them to stop them impacting the frame. But they fitted universally very well
